Well, at least if mom & pop were a tag-team artist and tech geek, twenty-something, and were not in fact either a mom or a pop. But, be that as it may, we hope you'll find us to be the equivalent of the comfortable little shop next to the cold, iron, megamart. In fact, that's the exact reason OfficeSubmarine hosting came into existence. We're the product of increasing frustration with larger hosting companies. There, the motto is that software bugs in our service are someone else's problem. Here, we're structured to be able to either fix or move away from any software which isn't performing well. We use open source technologies not because we assume someone else will fix problems for us, but because we have the knowledge and the ability to create those fixes by ourselves. Larger companies forbid taking much time to explain anything which isn't clear, while we take genuine pleasure in showing off the tool set we offer. Heck, we're currently building a number of custom programs that we're really eager to move into the hands of our customers.
